Denton Peng’s role extends beyond SPI Energy as he also leads Phoenix Motor Inc., another Nasdaq-listed company, as CEO and Chairman. Phoenix Motor Inc. specializes in the design, development, manufacture, and assembly of all-electric transit buses and integrates electric drive systems for medium- and light-duty electric vehicles throughout the United States. This innovative company offers a variety of zero-emission vehicles, including transit and shuttle buses, Type A school buses, as well as utility and service trucks, and more.
